Just to kick off this page, our latest comp 04/03/07

For the first time we nearly got rained off! Not many pics because of all the water, just a taste, a pic of Mike and Nick's protargets!

It was so wet, all our guns ended up as water pistols!

Good day though! Even though it was nice to get back home!

The Oaks at Basingstoke,round 6 of the Southern Hunters.

It was a really enjoyable day with good scores all round. Young Lewis Gent scored his personal best, displaying true grit after an early setback(well done lou) and there was the inevitable nothing in it tussle between Mike and myself. Below are a few pics of the day.

Southern Interclub at "The Oaks" 3rd of June

Well, it's come around to our turn to host what is turning out to be an excellent HFT series (southern interclub).

Both Ford and Horsham clubs put on a superb show for their respective rounds, I hope we can live up to the high standard that has been set.

If you wish to attend please post your name on The Oaks thread in the "meetings and events" section of the Airgun BBS.

All juniors must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times, when posting names on the BBS please could you indicate if a junior and who the supervising adult is.

It's £4 to shoot, sign in starts at 0900hrs, shooting to commence at 1000hrs There will be onsite catering selling burgers, hotdogs, tea, coffee, cold drinks etc.

Information re parking etc will be posted closer to the time.

We look forward to seeing you there.

"The Oaks", Buxted, Ford, Horsham and Swallows...were really close but Buxted took the top slot and Ford might have just pipped us at the post!
